Encounter Logistics was founded in 2009 by Donald Browning and Paul Burton, who shared a passion for logistics and a vision to provide better solutions for businesses. Since then, we have become a trusted partner for companies of all sizes in the supply chain industry.

Our success is based on the experience of our executive team, who have lifelong careers in the industry. Don and Paul both began in the industry as over the road drivers and warehouse workers.

Their early exposure to the industry enabled them to advance their careers. Don owned and operated his own asset-based trucking company with over 100 tractors and trailers in his fleet. Paul was the GM of Supply Chain for a major food service company for 30 years, while also educating and consulting on logistics for other major companies in the Cincinnati Tristate area.

Their wealth of knowledge, along with the strong and experienced leadership of their team, has made Encounter Logistics a trusted partner that makes a difference in the industry.
