One of our core partnerships is with Denim. Denim allows us to offer a multitude of payment options to our carriers to give them that extra piece of mind and flexibility in funding. 

  Our founding team members have diverse and extensive experience in the supply chain industry. They have worked as drivers, dock managers, dispatchers, and brokers, and have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in each segment. We leverage this knowledge to ensure proper handling of each shipment and to deliver efficient and reliable service to our customers. 

 At Encounter Logistics, we value our carriers as our strategic partners and work hard to establish long-term relationships with them. We aim to provide consistent volume and rates to our carriers and keep them engaged and productive. We believe that by avoiding the volatility of the spot market, we can achieve mutual success and long-term growth.  

While DAT is a strategic partner of ours. We pride ourselves on our ability to cover a shipment within our private network. We prefer to work with carriers we know and to build a relationships with carriers for the long haul.

Since most of our team used to be drivers themselves, we know how annoying check calls can be. That is why we partnered with Descartes MacroPoint for load tracking. As long as your driver is tracking on time, we will leave you alone. However, we are always available to you should you need any assistance. We believe that effective communication is key to a successful relationship. 

We are always looking for ways to better serve our carriers and help reduce operational pressures. The first step was partnering with Denim to provide ACH Quick Pay options. Looking forward we will be inquiring about more services to help our carrier network.
